Polyvinylidene fluoride shows very good tensile strength, pressure resistance, dimensional stability and chemical resistance.It also displays good mechanical strength and toughness especially at low temperatures and is self-extinguishing. PVDF sheets offer low water absorption，good friction and wear values，excellent　resistance to climate　and　solvents, acids, bases, high resistance to UV and high-energy radiation and heat. The operating temperature ranges from -30℃ to +150℃. Compared to other fluoropolymers, it has a lower density (1.78 g/cm3). It can be injected, molded or welded and is commonly used in the chemical, architecture，semiconductor, medical and defense industries, as well as in lithium ion batteries etc. With chemical inertness，PVDF sheets almost keep good resistance to any chemical medium and are the perfect material which is used for transmission and loading pure chemical reagent in water purification system and semiconductor industry by welding as cell body and equipment.
